  1. Log in to theITS Software Download site.
  2. Select Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client.
  3. Click on the appropriate installer for your operating system to download the installer file.
  4. When the download is complete double-click the .msi installer file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the client.
  5. After the client is installed, launch the client by going to the Start Menu > All Programs > Cisco folder

  2. Select Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client.
  3. Click on the appropriate installer for your operating system to download the installer file.
  4. When the download is complete double-click the .dmg image file, then Control-Click the .pkg file to install the client and follow the on-screen instructions to install the client.
  5. After the client is installed, launch the client by going to the Applications > Cisco folder

    • Username: HawkID
    • Password: HawkID Password
    • Second Password: Two-Step Login authentication method

      • If you choose sms, it will say 'Login failed.', to continue, re-enter your HawkID password and enter the first passcode you received via text message in the Second Password field
